It is rare for a picky person like me not to find fault and at times I had technical questions but every concern was addressed by detailed technical explanation at the level I expected and in many cases I learned something. The quality of work exceeded my expectations and I did not find one unmet. For the non-technical person, you can rest assured that the job done will be excellent even though you may not understand what to look for. So I recommend them not just for an excellent job but also for peace of mind. They cost a little more but you get much more in return. Val was our onsite point of contact and he was always available and addressed specific needs or changes. He also helped us find good contractors for work beyond that of the contract. They were very customer service focused, responsive, organized, and professional. They took time to answer all of my questions and walk me through the process. From the initial inspection and quote, Ecobuild has been professional and was on time every time. Yev, the initial contact person, took the time to explain their process and did not feel “sales-y.” He had a genuine demeanor that conveyed a sense of pride in their work and that they had our best interest in mind when working with the insurance company and ordering supplies. Val, the on-site manager, was consistently present during the roof rip-off and installation. They all communicated in a timely manner and made us feel comfortable with the progress each day (the roof only took two days). They had to remove siding but reinstalled it very well.
