It has been almost 20 years now and my house needed a new roof. A quick call to my insurance salesman put me in touch with Tom Scarbrough of Elo Roofing. After talking with him and agreeing with his plan for my home I patiently awaited the revealing of my new roof. Boy was it worth the wait! Is super professional Tom Scarbrough / ELO Roofing. Tom guided us through the process including working with our insurance company for our roof replacement. The crew came and in one day tore down my roof and replaced it. The crew worked from 6 am until 9:30 PM Not only does my roof look great but the crew did an excellent job on cleaning up after themselves. Thank you again Tom and ELO roofing for doing such an amazing job. My wife and I are extremely happy with our experience with Elo Roofing. Just want to take a minute to describe what a Amazing and Professional Experience I had with Elo Roofing. I was refereed to Gary D with Elo Roofing from several of my friends. They said", call him, and you wont be disappointed. Sure enough! I called and he came out right away, when others never showed up. He went over everything in detail, and made sure he answered all my questions. He was extremely professional meeting my adjuster. In fact the adjuster got off the roof and said", he did great job and made my job so much easier. Communication from Gary and Rebecca at Elo was, better than one could expect. They kept me up to date on everything up to the point my claim was approved and built. The crew did a great job. When it was finished, Gary even came back the next day with a garbage bag and giant magnet and walked my yard, and also did both sides of my neighbor's which they where also impressed.
