The team spent about 6 hours over 2 days evaluating my needs. The tech said the numbers showed a 4 ton unit but he felt it was too big. He said he would install a 3 ton and if it wasn't enough, he would swap it out. The 3 ton works fine, and has cut my electric bill in half. That was in 2014.
