Florida Home Air Conditioning

I highly do not recommend Florida home A/C. I had an A/C installed a few months ago. Florida home ran a electrical outlet with a new breaker for the new condensation pump. The breaker kept tripping which caused the condensation pump to stop working. Which cause flooding in my master bedroom and living room. I have called every week 3 times a week for over two months with no answer. This started June 19th 2023 and it is now August 7th 2023. Every time I call I get the run around. I have had nothing but issues with the new A/C. It went out a week after installation. The A/C stopped cooling a month after installation and the tech told me my A/C filter was dirty. I changed my filter and still had the same issue. I had 3 more visits and finally the A/C was fixed. My house is still hot on the left side and freezing on the right. No one has been able to fix this issue. This is my first and last time doing business with Florida home A/C Services: Installation, Install thermostat, Install AC

AVOID THIS COMPANY!! Just purchased two brand new units about 25k worth and this company has been liars and unprofessional ever since. The sales man that came out first of all made tons of promises that were never kept. Which that I’ll chalk up to my gullibility BUT the techs that came to do install were awful, they broke a freon line which released into my house with my children inside and didn’t even tell us to leave! I got everyone out myself once I smelled it! Okay. Accidents happen. Then the brand new air scrubbers were installed incorrectly. Had to have a technician come out to redo. We were told we had free maintenance on both units and come to find out it’s only on one?!? Why would we agree to that? We have called and called and asked to speak with supervisors and they are always in meetings?!? And will call back… but never once have. I hope in all these meetings they are discussing all the issues because I’m sure I’m not the only one tricked into believing these people! I wish

AJ, the technician that was sent to my house was prompt, professional and polite. He explained that a part needed to be ordered and it could be a day or up to a week to get it and a return appointment would be scheduled once it was in. Today is day 3 and I have not received any update at all. The unit that needs repair is not in our main living house. If it were and we had no AC for going on a week now (the outage happened on a weekend), I can assure you that you would no longer have my business. As it is, I'm $109 in for the service call and a half day off from work and am forced to either wait or start over with a new company. I hope Florida Home will make this right soon.
