We needed our old hot water tank removed, and a replacement installed. It took less than 24 hours from our initial estimate to installation. They really looked after us, and gave us a good price. The plumber who did the installation was fantastic. He was friendly, polite, and explained everything that was going on.
Bought a brand new unit about 3 1/2 years ago. Out of the three years don’t have 4 to 5 service calls on this unit. Not very happy with it always something let’s see. Hopefully it will change and get better. I went with them because they had great reviews. Let’s see if the unit going to start working like it supposed to.
I was not content with the installation, we had extra noise we got some attitude, I requested supervisor and they sent Alex out, he came out our convenience so we didn’t have to miss more work, he found the problems right away. He showed us how to maintain the unit and helped set up the temp control on the phone. Alex understood we needed more than talk we needed customer service. Thanks to Alex!
