The Hammond team is incredibly professional, prompt, and friendly. Rhett has worked on my unit a couple of times and is extremely knowledgeable and hardworking. As a first time homeowner he always explains everything to me so I understand not only the issue but how to keep my unit in good condition. I would highly recommend them.
Brian from Hammond Air came out last min when our ac went out and he was wonderful to work with and took great care of us. Super responsive and kept me up to date on the repair every step of the way. Would highly recommend him and Hammond Air to anyone needing reliable service.
Kenny and Jimmy did an amazing, fast and professional job of replacing my 2 heat pumps, coils, and condensers. Cleaned up and vacuumed the inside of the house as well as picked up all trash that might have been made outside. Also took all the old equipment, showed me pictures of work since I'm disabled and can't make it upstairs, and explained use of the new wireless thermostats. Definitely will recommend this company and ask for those 2 by name!
