So appreciative of Kyle's repair efforts. Although, ultimately, it seemed best to invest in a whole new system, I felt confident that Kyle thoroughly evaluated the issues with my 16+ year old unit and tried everything he could to revive it one last time. He showed us everything he found wrong, explained every step of his assessment simply along with any risks and costs associated with the options he presented. When it became clear that replacing the system was the most sensible move, Kyle facilitated a quote and scheduling the replacement. All of this happened after J&W managed to send someone within a couple hours of having called the pleasant young lady manning the J&W phones this weekend. Installation was scheduled for the very next morning. Greg and his coworker had cold air blowing in my house just over 24 hours from when the old compressor seized up. We're so grateful to J&W for their help in diagnosing and repairing our AC's problems. They're so professional, knowledgable, and kind. They were able to rush a job for us to make sure a big house party we were throwing would be comfortable for our guests, and we barely even noticed they were there as we worked from home. Wonderful service year round by this company! Also not sure if it is intentional or not, but I love having the same technician come out to my house each time. We now know each other and I feel more comfortable with a service provider in my home and I trust his recommendations because he’s seen our AC unit before. 10/10 recommend their services!
