My husband and I cannot say enough good things about Jack C Wilson Roofing. We have used them for a few minor repairs in the past, and they were always honest, responsive, timely, and decently priced. However, just recently, we were blown away by their customer service. Our roof sprung a small leak during Hurricane Ian. We called in a panic in the middle of the night, and not only did they respond at 8 am the following day (with the storm over us), but they sent someone out to fix our roof at 10 am the morning after. The office team we connected with via phone was always so kind, Kyle was so helpful and came out multiple times to offer estimates for both repairs and full re-roofing.
