Reliant Roofing did an awesome job on a new roof for us! From the initial paperwork to the installation day. Craig set us up with all of our requests. Luis and his team were great. We spoke with a few others during the whole process, and everyone we talked with was nice and helpful. Working in customer service myself, it was important to me that we had a roofer who valued the customer experience. Reliant Roofing far exceeded my expectations for our new roof. From setting the inspection date to contract to completion of the job was outstanding. Customer education of the roofing process was very thorough, and we followed the pre-work guidelines easily. The communication with the project manager, Mr. Mario Chaves, was excellent. I was impressed with the worker safety protocols and I was impressed with the attention to detail of the clean-up procedure after the work was completed. Left a review before but it looks like they got it deleted. Made sure to add photos this time. Don’t use this company. House was left like this for months before someone finally fixed it. Looking forward to seeing the damages I know this will cost me when I decide to sell my home. Would also like to mention that these people destroyed the plants on the side of my home along with my landscape lights. If you like your property being damaged, reliant would be a good fit for you.
