I was very impressed with the crew before, during and after the completion of the project. During the initial visit, the inspector explained to me in details the status of my roof and the steps needed to be done to correct the problem. The crew did an exceptional work and were very professional and courteous. They did a meticulous job in in cleaning the area afterwards and even removed a cable antenna for me which was not part of the roof replacement. This is a fantastic company!! Workmanship is excellent and the staff is courteous, friendly and professional!! The professionalism and friendliness starts at the top of this company with it’s owner/operator Robert Wilbanks!! We were almost scammed by a different company but we called in SEC for a second opinion, and I’m thankful we did!! Mr. Wilbanks came along side us and walked us through every step of our situation!! We decided to go with SEC for a full roof replacement and I wouldn’t change a thing! The entire staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful!
