I originally had a disappointing comment for this company but they did eventually rectify the situation after the holiday and as I promised them, if they did, I would improve my rating for them. John ended up handling my job directly which helped get things done because that phone tag and constant miscommunication between holly and brian drove the 5 stars down to 3. Overall, the finished product came to fruition and I would use them again in the near future

I've had great experiences with Schuman Electric. JT who has been assigned to two projects for us is friendly, professional, and thorough. I would not hesitate hiring them for other projects.

I was home, but i dislocated my knee recently so im on crutches, ibasked them to let me know when they were done so i could walk them out. Instead, i see their truck pull off so i come out of my room to find my house filthy from the work, shoe prints everywhere, they pushed things under my kids door, but the worst part is they left my front door WIDE OPEN!
