This is my second time with Keith and he was just as congenial as the first. I have a great respect for his experience and knowledge. He was able to quickly determine the problem and just as quick was able to fix the issue. I would like to take a moment to say thanks to B.K. for his leadership and superior customer service. Everyone I’ve talked to has been extremely courteous and professional. I initially spoke with Mary, she was awesome. I received messages on when my tech would arrive, and a follow up call from the tech himself giving me his precise arrival time. My tech was Danny, he was very pleasant and professional. Once everything was installed, they loaded the old equipment up, cleaned up inside, and explained the operation of the new system to me. Very happy with my experience and my house feels nice and cool now. I would recommend Snyder to anyone, and I think they would be very happy with the product and service they receive.
