I paid David to install a set of attic stairs and a ceiling storage rack. The rack collapsed onto my garage door and David has been unresponsive. I found that some of the bolts were not secured properly into the studs and he didn't install all of the hardware provided with the kit or tighten some of the key bolts that are used to support the bulk of the weight load. Very poor job to say the least and very dangerous having a 4x8 foot rack metal not properly secured suspended from the ceiling. Pictures provided.
Dave and Justin stained my deck and mounted a tv at our home in Ponte Vedra They were very professional and did a fantastic job. Will use them again! Services: TV mounting, Wood staining
