Ken, the owner, was very responsive and helpful. His technician, Joseph, quickly diagnosed the problem, explained everything and a reasonable estimate was offered. A replacement of my damaged condenser was completed in one day. All work was done well and a warranty given, just in case. All-in-all a great experience. From start to finish this company has delivered in service and quality when it came to replace our old HVAC system. Steve Toney helped us from providing the estimates, answering any questions that popped up, called towards the end of installation day to make sure everything was to our satisfaction, and is currently still assisting us to make sure the inspection goes smoothly.
