Dove Air Conditioning & Refrigeration

We own a commercial refrigerator and we love it. Have owned countless commercial appliances. The downside is getting anyone to service these units is like getting a drivers license appointment, no fun. I called dove air-conditioning based on the reviews and thought,well this should take a week. I was so wrong. The receptionist answered my call on the first ring. She was professional, kind and got me an appointment within hours. Service tech arrived and diagnosed the issue. Ordered the part. Simon, the owner,worked with me on a few details. 1 week later my part arrived and it was installed today. Alan,the service tech was prompt, ,knowledgeable and my refrigerator is back on.line We couldn't be happier. Highly recommend this company! Service: Install thermostat
