We needed help with the installation of our new smart thermostat. We were give an appointment for the same day and they kept us updated in when a technician would be available. They came within 4 hours of our call. Both ladies I spoke to on the phone we’re kind and helpful. Kennard was polite and so helpful! He diagnosed the problem within minutes and had our new thermostat working. The house wasn’t cooling so he quickly fixed that issue and let us know what caused it. He was fantastic and we will definitely use them in the future! Edit: we signed up for their paid service and pay monthly. We had an issue come up with our AC unit and thermostat. Two techs came out and addressed the problem. We had questions about the information we were told at the time of the service and called the office to ask some questions. My husband was told twice that a manager would call him to address our questions and that has been over a week ago now.

Kennard was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Very detailed on his explanation of the services being offered. Reasonable price for the replacement of my AC unit. Signed a contract with them. We'll see how the install goes.
