I want to start out by saying that the sales rep Aaron Abreu was very nice and polite. If he didn’t know the answer he would call and find out. He always tried to please us. Unfortunately once the process left his control and had to go to the construction department things were not good. I specifically asked before we signed that the lighting rods and cables would be taken down and reattached with job along with the gutters. I was assured they would handle it after several calls back and forth of them not knowing if they could do lighting cables. Well when the job finally started there was no dumpster delivered the night before so when the crew started the next morning they had to start without being able to throw debris off roof. That was about a 2-3 hour delay. By the end of the day this is what the results were. The contractor now said that they don’t do lighting rod cables so they are just laying on the roof not being secured. When they reattached the gutters they banged the spikes
