I really love and highly recommend this company. I rarely write reviews but if it's exceptionally great, I will take my time. I did not write a review for this company when I went with them back in 2020 even though they did a great job on my first house. First of all, the owner, Todd, is very professional and very responsive. His quote is significantly lower compared to other companies. His crew does a great job too. They come, get their job done, clean up and leave. They don't joke around. I've seen many houses in my neighborhood get their roof redone with other companies and they take forever. My whole process took less than 3 months from signing contract till end. I was expecting 9mo to a year. One more thing I like to let everyone know is this company will pay for your wind mitigation inspection when you get a new roof. In all, this company deserve an A+ . Thank you! Having had several disappointing experiences over the years with roofers I needed to find a new roofer and by pure chance got in touch with Rob May at Greenway Roofing of Florida. He came to inspect the damage and very professionally took drone photos to show me the extent of the damage and why it had occured. He sent a detailed repair estimate, time scale and very importantly in these times of unscrupulous tradesmen the quote was extremely fair and realistic for the work involved. I was kept informed throughout the whole process of when materials would be delivered and when the workmen would do the repair. They were on time , efficient and cleared away all the mess. I can't say how grateful I am to Greenway Roofing and Rob in particular for restoring my confidence that despite everything negative we read there are still great businesses wanting to do an excellent job at a fair price. Mr. Todd and his Crew with Greenway are Exceptional. They were very involved throughout the process of my Solar Installation. We live in Seminole County where inspections are of "very high" expectation. Well they over delivered in more ways than one. We passed the inspections with Flying Colors. Throughout the Solar installation there were many people in and out of our home and once the Solar Installation was complete there needed to be some additional work completed. Mr. Todd and his team took care of that work at no additional charge. If you need a roof Re-done They are the team for you!!! Services: Gutter installation, Roof installation
