I contacted this company to come out and get an estimate for a roof repair/full replacement, and he showed up at 9 on time, and was very kind. However he just left, no knock on the door, or a text (like when they where on the way) to say he was done and when i would receive the quote. I texted him and asked about it with no response. I called around 3 the same day to find out what happened and if this was normal, the lady who answered gave me attitude and then disconnected the call when i told her i just wanted to know if this was how they normally run their business. I just wanted to know why any contractor would just leave without letting the homeowner know they were leaving, i sat around waiting for hours thinking he was still here before i looked outside and realized his vehicle was gone.

I am extremely satisfied with the service, punctuality and professionalism of this business. I had terrible experience with other companies. I researched and found Johnson Building Group. From the moment I called Becca I was impressed with her professionalism and knowledge. I received superb service. Mr. Johnson himself came to my house, assessed the problem and repaired the roof. I am so pleased with my roofing experience! From my first call to Rebecca, she was such a pleasure to speak to! She explained the whole process and had Mike call me to set up an appointment. He showed up on time, explained his estimate and provided me with all pertinent business details. After several estimates from other firms, my decision was an easy one! Johnson Building Group!! Rebecca kept me informed of where they were regarding permitting, date of installation. And most of all, Rebecca always showed patience with my questions and was knowledgeable right down to my inquiry on type of nails!
