called roto-rooter for leak in water supply to the house. they called right back and fixed the leak same day! Michael and Deon were very professional. they showed me where the issue was located once diagnosed, they were very upfront with the pricing, and they picked good quality replacement parts to ensure parts don't break again. Looking for a plumbing service was slightly overwhelming. Roto-Rooter came on time and Sergio was ready to help. He got our kitchen sink unclogged. Although it was more clogged than we expected, he put in work and got it done. We worked out a great price which made everything less overwhelming. I received service on 3/17. I called 3/16 so I was glad I was able to be assisted in a timely manner. Eduardo arrive to assist and he was amazing! He was on time. He explained everything to me in a thorough manner and was patient. I purchased a new garbage disposal and he installed it. If I ever need service again I would love for him to service us again! 10/5 STARS!
