I received service on 3/17. I called 3/16 so I was glad I was able to be assisted in a timely manner. Eduardo arrive to assist and he was amazing! He was on time. He explained everything to me in a thorough manner and was patient. I purchased a new garbage disposal and he installed it. If I ever need service again I would love for him to service us again! 10/5 STARS!
I would recommend them. Sergio was professional and courteous. He explained everything to me and answered my questions thoroughly. He made recommendations to keep my drain line clean. I called several places on a Saturday night and they all required that I paid over $129-195 just for someone to come out because it was after hours. However, Roto-Rooter did not require a fee. I was expecting to pay an arm and a leg because it was after hours, but the price was reasonable. Sergio was able to fix the issue within an hour. Service: Drain cleaning
