I had a great experience with Frank Gay Services. I was able to book a time online for an emergency AC repair and they were the only company able to come the same day. They called in the morning to confirm the appointment and the technician, Mike P., arrived right on time within the provided window. He had the part to repair my failed AC capacitor on hand and was able to fix it quickly and efficiently. Mike also provided great information and got my house cooling again. Justin was exceptional. Fast, efficient and knowledgeable. Frank Gay’s pricing may not be the lowest, but they definitely aren’t the highest by far.
