Miguel was dispatched to my house late on a Friday evening because of a water leak in my garage. He arrived within an hour of my original call. After he identified the source of the leak, he arranged follow up service for the next morning to take care of the problem. He was very professional and courteous. Follow up- Mike came out Saturday morning and completed the repairs I needed on my AC. He was on time, and, like Miguel, was courteous and professional. 2nd follow up post. I elected to install a new HVAC system since the system that failed was 16 years old. Abnel was the lead installer of a three man crew. He and the other members of his crew worked hard for almost 7 hours installing my new system. They were all very considerate of my property, appeared to do a nice job rebuilding the platform for the system that was ruined with water damage from the old system, and completely cleaned up afterwards. I had a great experience with Frank Gay Services. I was able to book a time online for an emergency AC repair and they were the only company able to come the same day. They called in the morning to confirm the appointment and the technician, Mike P., arrived right on time within the provided window. He had the part to repair my failed AC capacitor on hand and was able to fix it quickly and efficiently. Mike also provided great information and got my house cooling again.
