Just prior to this latest cold spell, 12/22. my existing heat source (a Rinnai tankless water heater installed by The Villages) stopped working. After investigating the possible Rinnai replacement, and being told they could not come out til after the holidays, and provided a potential replacement cost of $7900, I called Chuck to see what his thoughts were. My existing AC system had been installed in 2015 by Chuck Farrell’s team and has been maintained since then by them. When the AC was installed in 2015 Chuck became familiar with this rather unique set up for heat, and knowing I had no heat, he sent his son Mike out immediately to assess the situation. A solution was identified, a part ordered and prior to the freeze of this past weekend I had heat! I cannot thank them enough.
