I called Chuck Farrell's company after previously hiring another a/c company to look at my unit as my heat stopped working. The other company couldn't figure it out and seemed uninterested in fixing my problem. Chuck Farrell sent his tech Jeff out the same day I called. Not only did he find and fix the problem, he showed us what the problem was and how he was going to fix it. Service was fast, efficient, and most of all honest. Jeff was very knowledgeable and personable, he is a great representation and asset to the company.
