It was the beginning of the rainy season. Every company that I called couldn't come out for at least a week. I called Sheppards Roofing was at my home in 2 days. Had the problem fixed by the end of the week. No problems since! I love their fast service. All the workers are very respectful and the owner David Sheepard really knows his stuff. They also even came back by to make sure I was completely satisfied. Not to mention the prices are very affordable. Thanks for saving my roof!! My recommendation to everyone with roof damage is Sheppards Roofing.

“Our customer service is top rated and I am sorry you do not agree. I dont remember this ticket and your name is not in our files. I've looked several times so I have no way how to address this. Sorry if we caused any inconvenience. We are very in tune with our customer service so I dont know what happened.” So in Tune customers you passively aggressively respond to a review 2 years later instead of doing your job properly to begin with. Honestly I would rather have no roof than work with your company. Your clear lack of professionalism and etiquette shows you’re not a good company

Very knowledgeable And efficient, If I could give them a ten star rating I would!! Daniel and Eric showed up with the crew on time, the clean up was great I would definitely recommend shepherd roofing to anyone.
