Pretty good company with experienced techs who actually know what they are doing. I usually request folks with more than 5 years because I wouldn’t want my house to be a “ Guinea pig “ for a new tech, no offense. Mr. Rincón was professional when he entered my home and with his work as well. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone with electrical problems. Stephen and his team completed the transitioning in my home from fluorescent tubes to LED tubes in the recessed lighting areas. They were extremely professional and had kept me updated on the progress. It took them about 2 hours to complete this transition. This was the first time I used All Electric Services and I was totally impressed. My wife is a property manager here in Central Florida and she wanted to make sure Stephen left us with business cards, so that she can use All Electric at here many residential properties. All Electric had provided good services to us in the past years but this past visit ended my relationship with the company. A tech was sent out that tried to get me (a woman and the tech a man) to agree to adding $700 onto a job because he said “the estimate was wrong and he didn’t want to do the work”. I said why is my estimate that was agreed upon with management is increasing $700 for an estimate that’s already been accepted and permitted? He just kept saying “it was wrong and inflation is the cause for the increase”. The office stated that the tech was wrong and shouldn’t have acted in that manner. Regardless of who was wrong or right, it was a highly unfortunate situation of trying to price gouge a customer for no reason. I won’t be utilizing All Electric’s services again.
