My guy was great, he got to the bottom of it. We solved the issue - the issue was with the power company so instead of saying Hey, look, I can repair all this stuff he was honest and says look, first thing we have in issue is you have to have the RIGHT amount of POWER coming IN to your BOX which we did not have, so we solved it and I very much. Am appreciative and Duke Energy came out while we were still there to set it up to make sure it was working. Maybe because it affected my refrigerator. But they came out very quick too. So I was very happy overall. ???? HONESTY KNOWLEDGE & EXPERTISE wins out????????

Really appreciate Kevin's patience and professionalism. He made things very easy to handle a rental with me being off-site. He also arrived at the top of the arrival window, which was great. The price was higher than I had anticipated, but the job was completed in good timing.
