Mister Sparky North Orlando

5 stars for Kasey. He's a bit of a salesman, but that's part of his job, and he's a really nice guy who knows his craft and seems to genuinely care about his work and clients. We had some nice conversations and he knocked out the job pretty quickly. I'd give 3 stars to price. This has nothing to do with Kasey, it seems Mister Sparky runs on the higher end of the spectrum for cost, but they do a good job. Unfortunately it's not in my budget at the moment to get everything I needed done. Services: Electrical inspections, Electrical outlet & switch repair, Electrical outlet & switch installation

Patrick from Mr. Sparky was AMAZING! I’ve never had such a professional experience with a vendor before. He was very attentive to all my questions and concerns, extremely knowledgeable, always courteous, and at the end of the day did a very high quality job! I would use Mr. Sparky for any other electrical needs I have! (In fact, while he was here I had him quote me some other projects!) I used Mr. Sparky for some electrical repairs around my house. I scheduled an appointment to get a quote and was given a 2-6pm window. Around 4pm they called and said the technician was running late on his previous job and wouldn't be able to make it. I appreciated them calling me as soon as he realized this instead of having me wait for him through the entire time window. He came the next morning (which was Sunday! ) He called when he was about 30 minutes away to let me know he was on his way. The technician, Patrick, was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I experienced some sticker shock over with the quote. But honestly didn't feel like spending time getting other quotes and wanted the work done quickly, so I just went with it. Patrick came back on Tuesday and completed the work. He was great! He even redid something when I didn't quite like the look of it.
