Im impress with them… and how much they care for their reps. This company watches for their employees well-being before making a profit. I called Saturday because my AC unit shots down; I was worried for my 75 y/old mom and the soonest appointment was for Wednesday; when the tech arrived he notified the weather condition and was sent home to avoid personal damage due to lightning, so he was rescheduled for the next available time. Upon arrival, the tech was apologetic and did his job until I was satisfied. Very impressed with the level of knowledge and care. I did hire this company to fix the water leak… plumber said I can’t resolve this problem and you should hire another plumbing company…. So the water was leaking and he left my house…now I gotta pay their “service fee” PLEASE stay away from this company.

The techs who have come out to my house have always been friendly and knowledgeable. I like that this company is reachable 24/7 and can usually send techs out promptly. My gripe is their business plan. I've paid them money annually to maintain my units...however when there is a problem with my unit they charge the standard $119 fee for diagnosing it. This does not include extra costs to fix the problem. I get a 15% discount for services rendered after the diagnosis, but c'mon. They are the ones maintaining my system - shouldn't I received a better rate for the diagnosis when a problem arises? I am considering finding a different HVAC company. Service: A/C system maintenance
