My HOA community chose this roofing company to do a $500,000 job in the community. $50,000 more than a more reputable and professional company. We the homeowners are being assessed $10k each for this project for unprofessional workmanship and damages. I had just pressure washed my fences that they managed to get dirty and left stained. My back yard is left with all sorts of trash, plastic, and wood pieces. They USED my power without even asking me in both the front and back of my unit. I shouldn’t have to be supplying power to workers after I paid my HOA $10k, nor should I have to be re-clean my whole yard and fence. In the front they stomped all over my ONE shrub and messed up all my pavers. Absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable. My property management company told me to have my attorney contact them when I filed my complaint with them for property damage and use of my power!! And it’s not just me! Other homeowners are furious as well as they used their water and left it running,

Mark's company Red Rhino Roofing put a metal roof on our home and we couldn't be more pleased. Mark had a couple of different crews out: one to tear off the old shingles, prep the decking, and install underlayment; and another to install the metal. This is not uncommon in the roofing industry as different team members have different skill sets. Mark's foreman was on site everyday to oversee everything. With any issues that came up, Mark and Franco, his foreman, were very responsive and made sure everything was done according to code. You never really know the quality of work a company will perform until they start, but we were pleasantly surprised. They cleaned up after themselves thoroughly from the gutters out to the street leaving hardly any debris. It is hard to find anyone in the home service business that keeps their word.
