I had two spots repaired on my roof in June (3 months ago) by this company. At that time, I thought I was dealing with the reputable, licensed, insured company. During the hurricane I was very lucky. I had little to no damage to my home or roof except for a leak in the smaller of the two spots that were repaired by this company. I called and reported the leak which was in the exact spot that they repaired (The leak was not 1 inch up, down, or to the side of the original leak ) and asked them to come and look at it and repair it properly. The manager said that because we had a hurricane they are not going to cover the work. He also said that he looked at his "documents" and according to his "documents" it was done properly. But he refused to come to my home and look at the actual roof leak. Then he also said, that feels that he is not responsible to fix the area that was not fixed properly because of the age of my roof.
