I have referred this company to many of my friends and now I regret my decision. For almost 5 months I have tried to get this company to finalize a permit that was never approved initially. We only found out that the permit was denied after trying to sell the house! Now we’re on the hook for our escrow money because the buyer wants all permits approved! This has been a nightmare and no one in the company seems to care. Now the inspector went to the house for the final inspection and the permit packet is not at the property. Would absolutely NOT recommend again. Terrible customer service.

I call for service at a short notice Anne I explained that I just came to Florida for one week and they accommodate me which that was very nice of them. And they send me a technician name Jordan and he was very helpful and explain every thing he did to my unit and Jordan very professional with his work and the way he explain to me that if I add a serge protector to my unit will protect much better especially from lighting and did add the serge protector.. If any one out their need service or new unit I phoniex air is the answer Service: A/C system repair
