They did a great job and had outstanding customer service. They are so professional the salesman that came first spent the time with us to make sure we got what we wanted, the roofers where all very courteous and the office staff I spoke with were great.

Having been in the business of real estate for over a decade I've worked with a number of roofing contractors. I certainly understand at times honest mistakes are made but there is a difference between errors of that nature and the incompetence and unprofessionalism I experienced with Belcher Roofing. The problems began when the employees of Belcher Roofing, while replacing wood, showered the interior of my garage with debris including but not limited to roofing nails, pitch, old lumber and roofing tiles covering children's toys, tools and other personal belongings. Due to the danger presented by these materials we were unable to park our vehicle in the garage, our children certainly could not access the garage and a month later we are still cleaning. Our field representative was notified as was the owner of the company and neither responded. I'm attaching a picture to give a small sample of what we are dealing with.
