Here we are, again. Paid James Belcher for full roof replacement and the roof is leaking for the third time now in less than two years. I called him every day for 5 straight days to get out here and fix it as the matter is urgent with the water leaking directly into the house. He never replied. This is par for the course stemming from the two prior leaks. I texted him and copied our tenant on the text, and James tried lying saying that he had been there - only to be called out that he had not. He has still not returned my call, just like last two times, and this is day 6. DO NOT trust the warranty as it's not worth the headache of a completely botched roof replacement. Also, they will flat out lie in their rebuttal and say they returned the call so I encourage any of you that are thinking of hiring Belcher Roofing, reach out to me directly. I will give you a transparent, first-hand account at the complete ineptness at replacing the roof and i'm happy to share additional pics

James was hired by my Grandmother, with me overseeing the details, to replace her roof and complete a home improvement project. James and his team did an excellent job! My Grandmother had three bedroom doors and trimming replaced, drywall repaired for the ceiling in the garage and inside her home, plywood installed in the ceiling of the outdoor utility room, etc. We love it! They did a great job and had outstanding customer service. They are so professional the salesman that came first spent the time with us to make sure we got what we wanted, the roofers where all very courteous and the office staff I spoke with were great.
