Mario is GREAT! He was on time and very thorough in his inspection and diagnosis. He explained everything he did and to what he found. Even put it in laymen terms that I could understand! I called a different company for help with my A/C unit. When the technician came all he did was try to sell me on an entirely brand new unit at a ridiculous price. I needed a second opinion, and a family member recommended Almighty Cooling & Heating so I gave them a call. Spoke to Mario and he came out quickly and assessed the unit and said the work DID NOT require a new unit. He fixed the main issues for a literal fraction of the cost! He was super professional, kept it real about the work that was necessary and what wasn't a big issue. I will be recommending Almighty Cooling & Heating to all my family and friends from now on! We had some a/c issues were we could no longer troubleshoot ourselves and for us it was super important to get someone out asap because we have small children’s and pets and Mario was there within the hour.
