K.L. Smith came out to my house for a roof assessment per my request. The roof is only about 6 years old but I had a bad leak in one area after some northern wind driven rain. They were professional and honest in telling me that the roof looked good but the leak was probably due to some of the windows needing extra sealant. They pointed out the areas for me and even patched a random nail that was through the shingles in the area and didn't charge me anything. I appreciate them being up front and honest in this transaction and not trying to tell me I need to redo a whole section of the roof. I'll definitely keep them in mind for any roofing work in the future.

Caleb came out and thoroughly checked our roof for leaks in all areas of the house. He listened to everything I had to say and took pictures to show me the area causing the leaks. He was on time, pleasant, honest and very knowledgeable. Would definitely use again.
