We manage alot of properties. We called, they came out. The tech, Dawson came out to the property & directly spoke with me over the phone to get permission to start the process. I said How much will it be? Dawson responded $350.00 for a P-trap extension & pop up assembly. I responded, that seems like an excessive price for what needs to be done. He said "I can call my manager & double check." I said that would be great. We got off the phone & another representative from our company was waiting at the home so he was able to have access. The other representative is on hold on my other cell phone while I speak with Dawson. This guy Dawson gets in his car & drives off. HE NEVER SAID ANYTHING! Like did you speak with the manager? Was that the correct price or the wrong price?! We have no idea because he just quietly got in his car & drove away. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. We would never recommend this company. This young kid should be held responsible for pulling a stunt like that. You all have a
