Came to install new water heater, missed checking one of the lines that was leaking and caused water damage on the wall. They came back to fix within a few days but charged me over $100 as a service fee for something that should have been done the first time. I understand paying the $15 for piece that needed to be changed, but not another service charge!
What a fabulous service! Mr. Paul was kind and responsive on the phone, courteous and conversant. He scheduled me in amazingly quickly. The plumber that arrived was also kind, courteous, and an expert in his field. Our minor problem was resolved in less than an hours time, and for a very reasonable fee. I would highly recommend!
