I cannot say enough good things about Chris Stone. On Tuesday my refrigerators mfg. couldn't get a person out to even look at my appliance until Saturday. I called Chris and he was there that night. He determined what was wrong with my fridge, gave me the option for overnight shipping of the part, and had it repaired by Thursday! He is knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. His prices are excellent. I will be calling him again if any of my other appliances need repairs.
As a senior, I was looking for appliance repair person that was honest, knowledgeable, on time and courteous. I found all those qualities with Chris Stone. I called him based off the online reviews to fix my older refrigerator and was very pleased. Called before he came, on time and knew what he was doing, and wasn't trying to sell me new appliance. He takes pride in his work.
