Stronghold Plumbing & Septic - Lakeland Plumbers

My mom purchased a home a year ago in Lakeland and she used Septic and Drainfield Depot to have a real estate inspection done and clean out. Sean was very informative and gave her info on how a Septic Tank works which she never had on her before. Will recommend to others!!

I started having septic/plumbing issues on the weekend when most people are closed so I started calling around and finally Stronghold said they could come and help. I was very appreciative and agreed to the (doubled) price in order to fix the issue immediately. They came out while I was at work, pumped my septic tank, and told me that my drain field was failing. They quoted me up to $12000 on the phone to get a new one but said pumping my tank would buy me a few months at least. When I got home from work, the problem was not fixed, I still could not use toilets/showers, and was out $700. I called a plumber on Monday and he fixed the problem (which was not septic related) in less than 30 min. In addition to telling me something expensive needed replaced that doesn’t, they promised to send me a receipt and report with pictures on Monday and I did not get it until I called and asked for it on Wednesday; there was no report, only 2 pictures. I can’t say enough good things about this company. After my toddlers room flooded a Facebook user recommended I give them a call. I left a voicemail in the middle of the night in pure panic, and I received a call back before 8am the next day. We’ve had septic and plumbing issues for YEARS and no one could seem to find the cause. Ben came out that morning to look over the equipment we had installed with another company and didn’t see any visible issues so they sent out their service team. Char and his coworker were some of the nicest techs we’ve ever encountered. They completed the pump out and unfortunately gave us the bad news that our tank needed to be replaced. They waited until my husband got off work to show him the hole at the bottom of the tank, and let us know the office would be reaching out for next steps. Jessica called and went over next steps, payment process and timeline. Over the course of the next 2 weeks we were still experiencing plumbing issues. Ben came out a few mo
