Eugene was on time, professional, honest, and knowledgeable. Best Buy mounted a 75 inch TV on the living room wall, using a mount that was not long enough (that they had in their vehicle and personally recommended) so it only hit the studs on one side. This caused it to rip out of the wall. I contacted Best Buy and they wanted to charge another $250 to re-install it again, even though they did it wrong, causing it to rip out of the wall, and possibly cause injury in the first place. Eugene came and repaired the wall, showed me the right mount to order, waited for it to arrive, mounted the tv, and repainted and textured the wall. You cannot tell there was ever damage to the wall. Thank you for your time, knowledge, expertise, and professionalism. It is nice to see someone who still cares about their quality of work. I will contact Eugene for all future home needs.
