Technician was great. The only reason that I did not give a rating of 5 stars is because I had received an email from the company that the technician would be arriving between 10 and 12, but the technician arrived before 9. I told him about the email and he told me that the company never told him that the visit was scheduled from 10 to 12 and I totally believe him.
Nick performed the maintenance promptly and efficiently. He offered a few pointers to help keep our system running smoothly. He is a true professional. Service: A/C system maintenance
