This company just started reroofing 2 weeks ago in our townhome community of 50+ buildings. They are doing an awesome job and are on the roofs 12+ hours a day rain or shine. I too have been through a new roof project on a single home and there is no comparison considering the scale of the job. I would rather deal with a landscaping issue instead of worrying about my roof leaking. If I encounter a problem I go through the proper chain of command as opposed to bashing a company I know nothing about. Also landscaping is the responsiblity of the hoa. These are just growing pains to improve our community but there is always someone willing to complain rather than be greatful. Painting is next on the agenda, I always recommend if you don't like the way things are done attend an hoa meeting or move to an non hoa community. Service: Roof installation
