Great experience. Had a competitor give us a quote that was over 3x what Slaughter charged us which was very reasonable. They were prompt, great price, easy to work with and did a good job. We had an emergency. I tried moving the hose to a "better" spot. The spigot on the side of the house began spouting water both inside the wall and outside the exterior wall! And since this is our new home, the broken shut off valve hasn't been fixed yet. So, I began calling plumbers. The fifth call was to Slaughter Plumbing. In spite of it being very busy, they had someone here within 30 minutes and he managed to get the shut off valve at the street turned off and then fixed our leak. I'm so happy I cannot even explain.
