Rooterman is THE REAL DEAL. The entire team is knowledgeable, professional and helpful! Grand Reserve consists of 384 Condominiums. The plumbing is old and we have pinhole leaks constantly, water heaters blowing, sewer drains clogging, and out biggest project yet- FINDING buried building valves to isolate water shut offs in order to stop leaks and replace them. Kaitlyn and her team have over delivered each and every time they are on the property and they are charge very reasonably compared to other plumbers.
