Since our unit was old and outdated, I called to request an estimate to replace it. The ac expert came and was very professional and friendly. He provided a reasonable cost estimate, so we decided to have them do the service. The unit was installed within the week, and they did a fantastic job. I'm pleased with my new unit and very happy about my decision to have them do the Ac installation.

Johnnie was so friendly and helpful. He explained my current and future status of ac system very clearly. He is a gem! My only concern is that the quote given to me when I scheduled the appt was not accurate. The initial contact did not explain that the fee would be per unit, so service fee doubled.
