Almost a year later and still waiting on our Florida room to be redone.  Jimmy comes out and did our estimate and told us many things he's not been able or willing to deliver on to the job started... "once we get going it will be quick"  he told me... another in a long list of inaccuracies.  Now the drywall has been ready to install for over 2 months and they will not get back to me even though they've been paid.  There's also issues with the work they've already done.  I attached some photos of the stucco and soffit issues.  Also, they don't perform any of the work themselves, they use subcontractors, which is a way for them to use the excuse "it's not my fault" or "I have no control over it", which I've heard many times.  STAY AWAY FROM BRANAMJAMES!!! UPDATE:  The day I wrote this initially, 7/7/2021, I got a phone call back from Tony at BranamJames, finally wanting to discuss finishing this job.  I gave them 2 and a half weeks, until 7/23/2021, to finish this up and they dragged the

I elected to use Barnam James through my insurance company to make the needed repairs in my kitchen/house after a water leak in the wall. We first started out with Kelly are design professional. We told what we’re looking for and she designed our kitchen perfectly. We chose colors and flooring and materials were ordered. We were assigned Derick as our PM. Derick did a great job over seeing the work to completion. As Construction project manager myself I was critical of the quality, time line and communication. In todays construction environment Derick and Barnam James construction delivered a quality product.

We had major renovation at the house due to flooding and BranamJamesConstruction did an excellent job rebuilding our floors. Derek is the best! He’s super nice, friendly and very knowledgeable. I would recommend them as they do excellent work.
