This company is amazing!! They are professional with exceptional customer service. When I first got to the office I was greeted by Kelly she is the talented designer. When I had a flood, they install my floor and replace my bathroom cabinets I was amazed with the completed work. Then my house had a kitchen fire. I called them again for repairs. I meet Derek he was so informative of the repairs and delivery date of the materials. He was there to check to be sure things are being done correctly, whenever needed he responded with yes ma’am how may I help you. I am so happy the house looks amazingly new! Thank you BranamJames Construction!!!

Insurance company sent them for a comparative estimate due to a house fire. Very poor scheduling. First they canceled the first appointment because he forgot he had class, or so they said, so we took their next availability 6/1/21 @11:30 am. It is now 1:15 and he finally showed up. Was told they would be here in 30 min at 11:38, but spoke with Jimmy and he said he was in South Orlando. Not sure how he can get to Ocala that fast. So I guess we can add not being honest to the list of complaints. Also there were numerous issues with his original estimate is why he had to come back. Even put a 30 gallon hot water heater instead of the 80 gall that is currently there. If they can't show up for an estimate at thier second scheduled appointment on time, how can they complete a job on time. Call someone else!!
