Very professional and knowledgeable staff. We had a new system installed last week by this company. The salesman Matt was very knowledgeable and because of his demeanor and trustworthiness we decided to buy from this company and not get more quotes. We are extremely pleased. It was a fast install. The installers explained each step to my husband along with giving him a tutorial on the thermostat. Everyone went above and beyond for us. Thank you for keeping us cool in the summer and warm in the winter.

Had a condenser motor freeze up during a very hot summer. Suter came out within a few hours and had me up and running the next day. Both technicians (Sean and Ryan) were very professional and knowledgeable. I heartily recommend Suter.

These guys are honest and trust worthy. They could have charged us for services we did not need. But, the young man who came out made short work of our need . Or lack of need. He explained what our issue was and was very kind in explaining to us how to remedy our issue. Again, he could have completely blown what was going on out of proportion and charged us a horrific price. But , he didn't do that. I highly recommend any business that proves itself as one who prides itself on honesty and customer service. .my hats off to this local business and highly recommend them to anyone in need of AC service.
