Mike and Certi-struct Construction are the best. I was looking for the best way to get an additional 1,200 sqft building added to my property. I could have tried to plan and cordinate the jobs on my own, or go with a GC during a very hectic time period. If a GC - I needed someone effective trustworthy. I googled and found Certi-struct with strong reviews throughout my research. Mike and I formulated a plan that included his services along with a 3rd party vendor for a steel building in order to get the best building for the best price. Off top, a more self serving individual could have suggested that I go with thier building construction instead. Mike understood my needs and agreed that the plan was the best way to go. This sealed the deal for me regarding honesty and integrity. Mike would handle the foundation and electric, permits, and overseeing / managing the project as a whole. I had some pretty hefty elevation challenges that would require litteral tons of earth to pad and level.

Highly recommend Certi-Struct and would hire again in a heartbeat! Michael Lynch and his crew take great pride in their work. Especially appreciate the honest approach in all facets! They consistently go above and beyond and keep the lines of communication open through the process. He did a total remodel project that needed more care and attention than most, and helped navigate through the local government processes with professionalism. Michael is creative and solutions-based. His discipline and commitment are noteworthy. A true get-it-done the right way mindset.
