I want to take few lines to offer a review of vendors I have used for a large construction project. Over the last year we have engaged in trying to put a pool in at our Villages home. For the first 9 months it was a disaster; broken promises, poor workmanship, timing issues, just a complete nightmare! Then Mike Lynch of Certistruct showed up and it was like a miracle. He quickly recognized the challenges we had gone through and told us he was going to fix what had been done and then do it right: quickly, for a fair price and with a high level of quality. He did just that! What he promised us was done; the timing promised was followed; the quality was very high; no surprises in the costs. He is straight forward, no upselling and a pleasure to work with. He recognizes the value of good efficient communication and respects the client perspective. He completed in 6 weeks what we had been battling through for 9 months! He works with subs that are answerable to him and he spent a lot of time

Certistruct remodeled almost everything inside and out on my 1920's craftsman home. They did an amazing job on both the exterior, and interior. On the outside they removed existing aluminum siding to reveal the original stucco, and built custom braces to go along the roof. Inside they turned the attic into a second floor, and remodeled almost every square foot. Michael was great to work with. He took care of everything!
