We had our outside light (lantern) fixed, replaced a plug in the post of the lantern, and removed our old lighted address sign that did not work for years. For one, when I called, I left a message and they called me back within the hour. They scheduled an electrician within two days and explained how much it would cost- very reasonable! I genuinely do not ever leave reviews, but I am so glad I used this company and have to give credit where it's due. Andy Reyes was an absolutely excellent and knowledgeable technician. He did a great job, explained everything they were doing and why it had to be done. He did a great job identifying and fixing bad issues and dangerous short cuts that exsisted in our electrical system before we bought the home. His concern for our home and family's safety was apparent. They maintained a very clean work site, we're courteous and treated our home with care. The most important part was Andy was SO helpful to answer my questions and calm my fears during the process. As I am a new home owner undertaking a job like this can be overwhelming but Andy Reyes and In Charge Electric helped to calm those fears and got the job done! STOP looking for another company!
