I always have an issue with my spit units dripping water during the month of August and September. The extreme heat during those month causes condensation inside the unit. Geo recommended that I have a pump installed to help the water drain. Geo was very friendly and made me feel comfortable being home by myself while my husband was at work.
Had a great preventive service visit today with Sean. He arrived early and got right to work. Very professional. He kept me advised of his findings throughout his visit and explained everything again at the end. Overall a great visit, and it gave me confidence about the health of my system. This is my first time using M&S, and I'm flattered you sent your best service engineer out for the initial visit. I would highly recommend M&S for any AC or heating needs.
My mini split needed some maintenance so they sent out a tech named Matt. Very knowledgeable about mini splits. Cleaned filters and flushed out drain line. He also had suggestions on the unit running more efficiently. Very professional. Worth the money for the visit. Service: A/C system maintenance
