Our A/C quit working today and the temp in the house was rising quickly. Called our long term A/C company and they couldn’t get someone out for 8 days! Called M&S and they had someone out this afternoon. Had us up and running quickly for a fair price. The service tech was friendly and well trained. We are thankful for M&S. We have been M&S customers for over 20 years and they have never let us down. Their administration and technicians are professional, knowledgeable, responsive, friendly, and punctual. I always have an issue with my spit units dripping water during the month of August and September. The extreme heat during those month causes condensation inside the unit. Geo recommended that I have a pump installed to help the water drain. Geo was very friendly and made me feel comfortable being home by myself while my husband was at work.
