From the first phone call I made to the repair tech who arrived at my home, every person I spoke with was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Everyone was trying their best to repair my AC within a timely manner to the best of their ability. Services: A/C system repair, Repair HVAC
Who in their right mind brings a boat with a company vehicle through the McDonald’s drive thru, then almost hits my car and the sign? If I wouldn’t have moved way left his boat would have destroyed the side of my car. I will never use this company after seeing the stupidity they allow.
Company rarely answers the phone. Will NOT call back. Doesn't reply to emails. Doesn't honor promises!!!their technicians make. Will NOT show up during their appointment window. When you do get someone on the phone they are condescending and rude. I will never use this service again!!!! Service: A/C system repair
