I would rate a zero if it were an option. This company refuses to fix the faulty unit they put in my home. From the get go we've had issues. They admitted they had installed the air handler incorrectly which caused the drip pan to overflow and cause damage to my ceiling and duct work. It was like pulling teeth to have them to correct their mistakes. I have gotten my duct work replaced and that's it. The unit is continuously shutting itself off. So here we are in the heat of the summer with no A/C and this company would like to charge $690 for a part that's under warranty for a unit that has been problematic from the day it was installed. Don't make the mistake I did. Pick another company that actually values your decision to purchase from them and are willing to fix their mistakes.
