Further update on this company 11/20/2018. We have still been trying to reach out to them and still haven’t heard anything back. Sent letters...nothing...we call and get the old run around that the manager is going to call us back...still nothing. These pictures are the “service contract” that we had with this company. Clearly they have been taking advantage of my grandmother. They never cleaned anything like the were supposed to. Not to mention they charged her $750 for an air filter. This company clearly has no morals and does not want to right the wrong. So I do not recommend this company to anymore. They got her sick from all the neglect of her A/C. I look forward hearing a response for the owner of this company, which I’m sure we won’t hear anything back.
Nick Pillow called ahead and promptly showed up as stated. He checked the system and stated no issues at this time. We really like this company and don't mind paying some extra to receive the service we get and insurance policy type coverage for our FL HVAC system. Service: HVAC system maintenance
Had an appt for between 1 and 6 and they had a cancelation. Joe C called and texted to lmk he could come early. He was professional, fast and kind. Impressed by the service. Will definitely use them again. Issue was diagnosed and repaired quickly. Thank you. Service: A/C system repair
