Marcus was at my home within 45 minutes and fixed the damage. I was without water and he had me turned back on within an hour. I would highly recommend this company and Marcus. From the first call they made me feel like I was truly going to be taken care of fairly. A+ I had them come back out and install a shut off valve for the homes water supply. Ross Plumbing is our new Go-To-Plumber and EVERYONE needs one of those. We called yesterday to make an appointment to have a leaky faucet fixed and we were told the tech would be here this morning after 8:00. Well, Cynthia arrived BEFORE 8:00, which impressed us right away. Who arrives early these days? She is amazing! She is knowledgeable, professional, and very pleasant, even when delivering bad news.
