Marcus was at my home within 45 minutes and fixed the damage. I was without water and he had me turned back on within an hour. I would highly recommend this company and Marcus. From the first call they made me feel like I was truly going to be taken care of fairly. A+ I had them come back out and install a shut off valve for the homes water supply. We live in a very old trailer, things keep breaking left and right. We’ve had Ross out twice, once on emergency for a burst pipe in the kitchen and today for a leaky shower faucet. Pricing is reasonable, and the people are kind and polite. The kitchen pipe repair held, it’s been about a year, so I can attest to good work. Glad to have found someone we can trust, especially since I can guarantee we’ll be needing more help in the future. Literally the sink just broke as I was typing this. ????????
