I called and spoke to gentleman in the office to have a kitchen faucet put in. He told me where to order my faucet, I sent them a pic of my old faucet and I order one just like I had. Rec'd my new one and had appt for them to put it in. I also ask what would it cost to be installed...he told me it would be $130 for 1st hour. So I said fine. This morning plumber came . did fine job, very polite was done in less than 45 mins. Plumber said to just call office to pay my bill. I called and was told I owe them $ 190 !!!! So my point and suggestion to all is not to take their word over the phone ever?! Unless you want to be lied too!! Guess these days you can't trust anyone!! I should have known better......yes . So never rely on a quote over the phone!!! But I will say.....when you do people wrong, they may get away with it but they will never prosper.
