I had Chris Bates come to assess the roof damage, we are very pleased with her as she went above and beyond to keep us update on the process. She is a blessing , At a time when we are all struggling from the storm. I am excited to see the outcome of the replacement of my roof!! Thank you again, Chris! Within a week’s turnaround of my original post, my shingles are on. I am happy with my new roof just waiting for my facia and soffit , to complete the look. Thank you again, universal. We are very happy with all that Universal has done for us. Our tile roof was damaged and their insurance professional was able to help with our insurance company, offered solid advice and did a wonderful job in mediation. Their field rep was responsive, knowledgeable and even installed temporary tarps himself. Tear-off crew knew what they were doing, installed some new facia and plywood. The inspector didn't spend to much time on the roof, as he said, it was unnecessary because it was such a good job. Installation crew was fast, roof looks beautiful and every crew protected our pool and property, and cleaned up beautifully. Service: Roof installation
