I had A+ experience with Universal Contracting and Rob Rodgers at one of my Ft. Myers properties. Rob was extremely knowledgeable and clear cut with every step. Rob made sure to keep me in the loop every step of the way. The work performed was extremely professional and the crew made sure to go above and beyond to clean up each day. I was extremly impressed with the entire process. Thanks Rob and the Universal Contracting crew for all your hard work. I will definitely be using Universal again on my.other properties. I also see new leaks because the waterproofing was damaged when the tile was placed on the roof. Finally, a crew arrives to begin installing the tile but are unable because they do not have the metal edge to begin. Crew returns the next day to install but are unable because they have the wrong metal edge. After a few days they return and start ins
